Masonry & Plaster firms in Saudi Arabia: what does Wave 25 mean for you?
If your firm's revenue subject to VAT passed SAR 187,500 in any year from 2022 to 2025, Wave 25 includes you: your invoicing system must be integrated with the Fatoora platform by 1 February 2027. InstaJack runs your quotes and invoices today — its Fatoora integration is being built for that date.

What does Phase 2 actually require?
How the job runs in InstaJack
Block work and plaster are priced per square metre and re-measured at the end by whoever shouts loudest. In InstaJack walls, plaster, interlock and screed are per-m² lines in your own price book, quoted before the first block is laid and approved on the link — so the measure on the invoice is the measure the client signed.
These are the jobs your InstaJack price book starts with. No prices are shown here because pricing is your decision: you set every rate yourself, in Saudi riyals, when you set up your book.

What InstaJack does not do yet
Fatoora Phase 2 integration — clearance of standard tax invoices before issue, and reporting of simplified invoices within 24 hours — is not live yet. It is in active development now, being built ahead of the Wave 25 deadline of 1 February 2027. InstaJack is not approved or certified by ZATCA, and ZATCA's Solution Providers Directory is an indicative list, not an approval. Until the integration ships, a firm in Wave 25 scope still needs a Fatoora-integrated solution for its Phase 2 documents.
Questions firm owners ask
I run a small masonry firm — does Wave 25 include me?+
Yes — if your revenue subject to VAT exceeded SAR 187,500 in any one of 2022, 2023, 2024 or 2025. The test is revenue, not trade, and most working firms in this trade pass roughly SAR 15,600 a month.
Clients re-measure my walls at the end. What changes?+
The measure and the rate are written on the quote the client approved before work started, kept on record. The end-of-job conversation starts from that document, not from two memories.
Can InstaJack send my invoices to Fatoora today?+
No — not yet. The integration is in active development now. What InstaJack does today is quotes and invoices in riyals with Saudi VAT wording, approved by the client on a WhatsApp link. Phase 2 documents still need a Fatoora-integrated solution until the integration ships.
