1What InstaJack is

InstaJack is a quote-to-paid tool for small trade firms. It runs quotes, client approvals, bookings and invoices — and, with its paid packs switched on, crew management, progress claims, service records and payroll files. It runs from a phone; there is no separate desktop product to buy.

2Accounts

A firm signs up with a mobile number and chooses a PIN. The firm is responsible for keeping its PIN private, and for the access it gives its own people — the roles inside a firm are set by the firm itself.

If you think someone else has your PIN, change it and tell us.

3Free Core and paid packs

The Core of InstaJack — quotes, invoices, bookings, clients and the price book — is free.

Paid packs (Crew, Claim, Service, Pay) are priced as published on the pricing page, and the first-50 launch-price lock is honoured exactly as stated there.

A pack can be switched off at any time. Switching a pack off closes its screens; it never deletes the firm’s records.

4Your numbers and your documents

The firm’s prices, specs, VAT choices and bank details are the firm’s own decisions. InstaJack records what the firm decides and prints what the firm entered — it does not set the firm’s prices or its tax position.

Documents the firm sends to its clients — quotes, invoices, claims — are the firm’s documents, and the firm is responsible for them.

5Acceptable use

Use InstaJack for your firm’s real work. Don’t use it for anything unlawful. Don’t send documents you have no right to send. And don’t abuse the client links — they exist so a client can view and approve the firm’s documents, and for nothing else.

6Availability

We work to keep InstaJack running and available. We can’t guarantee the service will never be interrupted — maintenance, and things outside our control, happen. For anything critical, keep your own copies: exports are built into the product.

7Liability

InstaJack is a tool. The firm remains responsible for its own quotes, invoices, filings and agreements with its clients.

To the extent the law allows, our liability in connection with the service is limited. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right that the law gives you or the firm and does not allow us to limit.

8Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page, with its date at the top. If a firm keeps using InstaJack after a change takes effect, it accepts the updated terms.

9Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
