A proper quote, sent before you leave the job.
Standing in the villa, you build it from your own price book — your prices, your specs, VAT the way you run it — and send it on WhatsApp before the client has finished showing you around. No evening re-typing. No notebook. No price held in your head.

Quoting happens at night. It shouldn't.
The job was finished at four. The quoting starts at nine — at the kitchen table, with a notebook, a phone full of threads, and prices that live in exactly one place: your head.
Villa Al Barsha — tiles like last time, 85/m 90/m??
Heater for the Khan job — ask Omar for the photo
VAT in or out on the AC one… check the thread
Water heater — 1,150. No wait, that was the old supplier.
Labour for two men, three days — was it 400 a day?
One number remembered wrong and the job's margin is gone.
The evening, gone
Every quote typed twice — once in the notebook on site, once again at home into a message. The bigger the firm gets, the longer the second shift.
The mistake you can't see
A price remembered slightly wrong doesn't look wrong. It just quietly takes the profit out of a job you already worked hard on.
The argument with no record
When a client says “that wasn't the price,” the only evidence is a voice note neither of you can find. He remembers his number. You remember yours.
None of this is carelessness. It's what happens when the office is a notebook and the filing cabinet is a chat thread. The fix isn't working harder at night — it's finishing the quote while you're still standing on the job.
Build one. Send it. Watch him approve it.
This is the real quote flow, running live — not a video. Pick a trade and drive it yourself, or sit back and let it run.

This quote is alive. Tap a trade, or hit send yourself.
Four steps. All of them on the phone in your hand.
- 1.0
Build it on the site
Tap the job, set the measure, pick the spec. Your price book already knows your rates — the quote builds itself line by line.
- 2.0
One tap sends a clean quote link from your own WhatsApp — the app your client already answers. No portal, no password.
- 3.0
The client approves on the link
He reads the lines, the VAT, the total — and taps Approve. Nothing to install. You see it the second it happens.
- 4.0
It becomes the invoice
The approved lines become the invoice exactly as they stand — same numbers, your bank details on it. Nothing is ever typed twice.
Everything quoting needs. Nothing it doesn't.
All of this is Core — the free part of InstaJack, forever. Not the paid tier. Not a trial.
Your trade's book, already loaded
Open InstaJack and your trade's starter price book is already there — 18 trades, 76 starter jobs, the lines you quote every week, pre-priced and ready to send.
Your specs, in your own words
Laminate 8 mm or 12 mm, grass pile 30 or 40 — and when your spec isn't listed, tap “+ Add yours” and type it your way, in your units. It's saved on the job for next time.
VAT on or off — one tap, your call
VAT on: the quote carries the 5% split and the invoice says TAX INVOICE. VAT off: plain quote, plain invoice, no tax dressing. The choice you make on the quote rides onto the invoice by itself.
Any old quote, again in seconds
Same villa, same job, three months later? Duplicate the old quote, adjust the lines that changed, send. No rebuilding from zero, no hunting for what you charged last time.
A valid-until date on every quote
Your price holds until the date you set — and no longer. When material prices move next month, last month's quotes don't move against you.
One photo on the quote
The cracked unit, the bare room, the water stain over the bed. One photo rides on the quote, so the client approves what he can see — not what he imagines.
Ask a deposit to book the job
Put the deposit on the quote itself. The client sees it, approves it, and the job is booked — materials covered before you spend a fils, and you never have to make the awkward ask out loud.
“My prices are mine.” Exactly. That's the design.
Every price in your book is yours to set and yours to change — tonight, on the job, whenever. The starter prices are suggestions, nothing more: copy them, correct them, or delete the lot. Your specs are typed in your words and your units. VAT is a switch with your name on it.
InstaJack never decides a number for you. It remembers the numbers you decided.
Your client gets a WhatsApp message with a link. He taps it, reads a proper quote — every line, the VAT, the total — and taps Approve. No download. No account. No password.
If he can open WhatsApp, he can approve your quote.
Quoting is Core. Core is free forever.
Everything on this page — the price book, the quotes, the approvals, the invoices they become — costs AED 0. Not a trial. No card at the door. When your firm grows into crew, claims, service work or payroll, the packs are waiting — look at them when you're ready, not before.

Do I have to type my prices in every time?+
No. Your price book remembers every rate and spec you use — and your trade's starter book (76 starter jobs across 18 trades) is loaded before you arrive. Most men adjust a few numbers on day one and never type a price again. The quote is taps, not typing.
Can I add my own specs — sizes you don't list?+
Yes — that's the point of the book. Tap “+ Add yours” on any job and type the spec in your own words and your own units: 10 mm, half an inch, 45 mm pile. It prints on the quote exactly as you wrote it, and it's saved on that job for every quote after.
Does my client need to download anything?+
Nothing at all. He gets a WhatsApp message with a link, opens it, reads the quote — lines, VAT, total — and taps Approve. No app, no account, no password. You see the approval the second it happens. It is step two of the whole loop.
What if the client wants to change something?+
Duplicate the quote, change the lines, send the new link. The first quote stays exactly as it was sent — the record of what was offered never quietly rewrites itself — and the version he approves is the one that becomes the invoice.
Send tonight's quote before you leave the site.
