Four men. One job. Everyone knows where to be.
You assign the job from your phone. Each man gets his day in his own language — spoken out loud, with five big buttons and a photo list. No prices on his phone, ever. And you watch the day finish from wherever you are.

The morning round: fourteen calls before the first job starts.
When it was you and one helper, your head was the office. At four men it stops working — and the failures aren't skill. They're gaps between people.
Call Ramesh — which site first?
Call Bilal — no answer, call again
"The villa with the gate" — WHICH villa every villa has a gate
Ramesh — full week? Tuesday he left at 2… or was that Bilal?
One hour remembered wrong becomes an argument
in front of the whole crew.
The gap where jobs fail
The gate code changed. The client moved the parking. The new man wasn't told. Nothing was written anywhere he could see it — so the job starts an hour late and two men down.
Your phone is the office
Every answer lives in your call log. When you're on a roof, the crew waits. When you're driving, the day stalls. The firm can't move faster than your availability.
Friday maths from memory
Hours rebuilt from calls and memory, argued at payday. A man who worked well all week leaves Friday feeling cheated — over a number nobody actually knows.
None of this is your men failing you. It's a crew run on phone calls. The fix isn't more calls — it's every man carrying his own day in his pocket, in his language, while you watch it happen.
His day, in his language. Your day, without the phone calls.
This is the worker's phone, running live — not the office screen. Switch his language, press Listen, then tap his day through. Your view keeps up on the right.

The worker's phone. No prices. No invoices. Nothing he doesn't need.
No calls made. No "where are you?" sent. The day reports itself.
Assigned in a minute. Run without a single call.

Add your men by phone number
A name and a number is the whole setup. Each man picks his language once — the app speaks it from then on.

Assign the job
Pick the job, pick the men. The job lands on their phones with the place, the work and the photo list — spoken, not just written.

They tap through the day
On My Way. Arrived. Start. Pause. Done. Five buttons, always in the same place, with photos as they go.
- 4.0
You watch it finish
Your screen fills in by itself — who's where, what's done, the photos, the hours. The first call of the day is the one you don't have to make.
Four roles. Each man sees his slice — only his slice.
All of this is the Crew Pack. The worker's screen stays simpler than the owner's — on purpose. Depth lives behind the curtain; nobody wades through it.
The Owner
The whole firm: prices, invoices, money, men. The only one who adds or removes people — and the only one who can hand anyone else the keys to the money.
The Admin
Your office hand: quotes, clients, assigning jobs, chasing the diary. Money totals appear only if you flip that one switch — and it stays your switch.
The Foreman
His crew's day and nothing else: the jobs, who's arrived, the photos, the hours. He runs the site from his phone — he never sees a price while he does it.
The Worker
His own jobs, spoken in his language. Five buttons and a photo list. The simplest screen in the whole app — because his hands are the ones in gloves, in the sun.
Problems reach you as flags, not surprises
Extra work found. Blocked. Need material. A worker taps the flag and it lands in your queue — priced and approved by you, never guessed at by him. Extra work becomes a small quote the client approves, like any other.
Hours counted by the day itself
The week's hours are counted from the day's own taps — travel never counted, a forgotten finish counted honestly, corrections written on the record where everyone can see them. Friday's argument is retired. The counted week is what payday is built from.
One phone can run the whole crew
If your men have no phones — or won't touch an app — the foreman's phone carries the crew end-to-end: every job, button, photo and hour, run by him, credited to each man. Nobody is left out of the day.
“My men can't use apps.” These five buttons aren't an app to learn.
The job is spoken to him in his own language — he doesn't have to read it. The list is photos, not paragraphs. And the day is five buttons that never move: same place, same order, every job, every day. A man doesn't learn software here. He learns five buttons — by the second morning they're reflex.
No smartphone, no signal-friendly habits, no reading — none of it removes a man from the crew. His foreman runs the day for him on one phone: the job heard, the buttons tapped, the photos taken, the hours credited to his name.
If he can do the work, the crew can carry the phone part. That's the whole design.
Crew Pack is AED 49 a month — per firm, not per man.
Four men or fourteen, the price is the same AED 49. Core stays free forever underneath it — the quotes, invoices and getting paid your firm already runs on. Switch Crew off and the crew screens simply aren't there; switch it back on and your men, roles and hours are exactly where you left them.

One of my men has no smartphone.+
He still works the full day. His foreman's phone carries him — the job, the buttons, the photos, the hours — run by the foreman and credited to the man. If it has to, one phone runs the whole crew end-to-end.
Can my workers see prices or invoices?+
Never. A worker's phone shows his own jobs, his photo list and his hours — nothing with money on it. Prices, quotes and invoices stay with the owner and the office, and the foreman runs his crew's day without ever seeing a price.
Which languages does it speak?+
Ten: English, العربية (Arabic), हिन्दी (Hindi), اردو (Urdu), বাংলা (Bengali), മലയാളം (Malayalam), தமிழ் (Tamil), తెలుగు (Telugu), नेपाली (Nepali) and پښتو (Pashto). Each man picks his own, once — and his jobs are read to him in it from then on.
What happens if I switch the Crew Pack off?+
The crew screens stop existing — for everyone, at once. Your quotes, clients, invoices and price book carry on exactly as before, because Core never depended on the pack. Switch it back on and your men, roles and hours are still there.
Give every man the same morning: knowing exactly where to be.
Drop your mobile number in and land in signup with it already typed. Add your men by their numbers — the first job can be assigned before the tea cools.
